Conrad Mansion Museum | Kalispell, Montana
Location
A Short Introduction to the Site
The Conrad Mansion is one of the most outstanding examples of luxurious living and period architecture in the Pacific Northwest. The home was built for Charles E. Conrad, a founding father of Kalispell. The building itself remains unchanged since Spokane architect Kirtland Cutter designed and finished the home in 1895.
Tours of the Mansion include a history of Charles E. Conrad and how he made his fortune from humble beginnings, his impact on the local economy, and his efforts to save the buffalo from extinction.
The beautiful 26-room Victorian home is located in the East Side Historic District.
