Fernie Visitor Information Centre | Fernie, British Columbia

The Fernie Chamber of Commerce manages two Visitor Information Centre locations in town to help visitors. The primary Visitor Centre is on Highway 3 just east of town by the Oil Derrick at the Chamber of Commerce Building, their hours change seasonally.

The Information Centre has been set-up to enable visitors to source information whilst travelling around our Province and beyond. Stop by or call.

The main Visitor Centre on Hwy 3 has a large parking area, washroom facilities, picnic tables, trails, indoor seating area with wifi, and a dog walking area. We are situated at the trailhead for Fairy Creek and Mount Proctor trails, see hiking and mountain biking information.

Amongst the extensive range of free local information offered at the main Visitor Centre a wide range of local maps, books and some local gifts are available for sale.

We are pleased to offer a Sani-Dump facility for RV travellers only $2.
