During the summer of 2011, 33-year-old videographer and avid hiker Jake Bramante became the first person in a single season to hike all 734 miles of established trails in Glacier National Park.
Due to the relative shortness of the hiking season, Jake meticulously researched and coordinated all aspects of his endeavor for several months. Averaging 13 miles a day, it took him approximately 6 months to complete the trip, and he actually traveled more than 1,000 miles because many trails within the park require a hiker to retrace their steps.
Before and during the trip, Jake updated his Blog, Twitter and Facebook accounts, and posted videos. Learn more about his journey: www.hike734.com
